The following price guide is based on the majority of the project we have completed over recent months.

At the start
A small to medium project, requiring little or no layout changes. The use of moderate quality fixtures and finishes. $14,000 to $20,000 including all fittings.

In the middle
A medium sized renovation, often including full layout change and some structural works. This bathroom would have fixtures and finishes towards the high end of the spectrum. $19,000 to $24,000 including all
fittings.

At the top
A medium to large scale project, including full layout change, structural alterations and often a new window. You may require under floor heating, a heated towel rail and a two person shower. The options are endless....
At this end many of our clients wish to use natural stone in preference to tiles. $27,000 and above including all fittings.

Both at once
Renovating two bathrooms at once can often have a considerable cost saving, so may be worth consideration.
